I have a copy that I can guarantee you I didn't pay the current going rates
for.  Hardcover even!

I went through a phase when I got started with synths 10 years ago where I
was buying a lot of this kind of thing.  Got a few books by Delton Horn as
well, I should go find out how much my stash is worth and decide whether I
want to invest it in something more useful :-D
