I think that SMPS output quality is likely to be dependent on the power
sfeed to it.

I will only use a SMPS if I can use my "IsoTek EVO3 Premier Power Cable" -
Remember that last 1.5m makes *all* the difference.   As the sales pitch
says, the Premier’s pure, clean power flow is a perfect introduction to the
