I would try both - but you can await very different answers.
>From "I only talk with customers buying 1000000 connectors minimum" to "are 25 free samples enough?" are possible.

I also checked Aliexpress but couldn't find these connectors there...

Dumb question, here? Do I ask for a these manufacturers for a sample or do I ask where I can buy a few or both?

This Kycon socket looks similar - but is the cheaper all plastic part and not the metal one...

These jacks are pcb mount for machine assembly and I can't find a source for a replacement. I think they are unique to Behringer synths. Does anyone know of a source? Thanks. JoeF.
