[sdiy] Fwd: EXAR SSM chips

I just had the old lady on the bench, to show me all she's got.
Aged sweet 44 years - what a gorgeous M*LF...

Envelope generators are genuine SSM2050s, no idea if there have been
EXAR variants.

BTW - one of the oscillators has no goo under the tempco, it's an
SSM2030.

And I just saw that there's mostly XR5101 VCAs with various date codes
in the 7820s, while there are two SSM2020s, dated 7909.

The filters are XR5099 from 7829, with a single SSM2040 from 7950.

Strangely, the SSM2050s are from 7909 and (most) 8017, somewhat later.

Some of the single different date codes may have come from repairs,
obviously at least lots of the CMOS stuff has been replaced.

While I was at it - battery still healthy at 3.3 V, but that may have
been replaced before I proposed to her some 20 years ago.

Chris
