[sdiy] Issue with CD4024 Ripple Counter

Just for grins you might fire off an email to the manufacture(s) and see 
what they have to say. Provide the info on the chips either with photos 
or in text.

Maybe they will or won't reply, I've been surprised sometimes with free 
stuff.
