[sdiy] Small Bear Electronics retiring

This is nothing less than a tragedy for me.  I have been placing $1000 Small
Bear orders every few months, getting virtually all of my panel components
from them, and PCB making materials.

It would be ideal if there were someone that he could pass the business off
to, rather than just shutting it down.  A succession plan, as it were.
