That's strange, considering they have UK office in Birmingham for very 
long time. Maybe you can contact them.
Indeed they haven't registered yet at HMRC (me neither) so can't service 
individuals below 135UK, but business customers should be OK. They 
clearly state UK individuals only are unlucky ones.
