[sdiy] Does anyone here use JLCPCB for SMD assembly ?

Yeah I use this service just about weekly. I have noticed what you're talking about, and it -is- kind of hair raising. early on, they would occasionally put diodes backwards, so having that visual log of their correction was awesome. today, the parts placement is mirrored wrt the pcb image underneath, so it's even tricky to confirm no missed parts. I hope they get it sorted but as you stated, even with these issues their quality is awesome and I don't receive anything with mistakes other than my own hehe

Every electrolytic throws a problem, and one particular value of 0805 resistor, using the same pad as every other 0805 resistor value, throws up lots of times as 'Soldering area is too small'.
