Well, the lowest value of one order line was $1.95
That was actually for one chip. I could as well request sample, but they 
warned that samples are shipping with lowest priority and may take very 
long. Which later turned out to be a lie, when I got samples 2 or 3 days 
after ordering them.
The lowest order total was $300.
As for highest values, there's no limit other than stock level, which is 
always displayed. You cannot backorder, they only accept orders fully 
covered by real stock. I never buy more than 1000 chips of the same kind 
at a time anyway.

Shipping is always $6.99 even if it comes in several boxes
