My Moog Sub-37 has the same problem with both mod wheels. I hadn’t touched it in a few years. Unplayable, and cleaning didn’t really help. (Tried soap, IPA, windex.) I also have a Subsequent-37 CV and it has no such problems. So I contacted Moog and they are aware of the problem. They hope to have a solution for me in a few months.
