[sdiy] Off topic - removal of sticky microphone whole-body coating

Often when this sort of thing is happening you can clean off the gunk
with normal soap and a brillo pad, or with some 99% spirits and a
tissue. Whatever is exuding this will remain clean for a while, but
then you might have to redo. Unless it's just a thin outer layer, in
which case you'll be washing it all off completely. Good either way to
be honest.
