If I am really in hurry, I go to the local Conrad store  which is 10
minutes by bike for me. The staff in the parts department is quite
knowledged (when did you get the last time the hint by a clerk, that the
socket you want to buy won't fit the pcb/panel distance of the
potentiometer?). But I don't like their web shop.

Reichelt.de has not the largest stock, but is ok as webshop.

Recently I started buying https://www.tme.eu/. I had a good impression.
I think they ship from Poland (Łódź). They ask relative high shipping
costs, but their parts prices are good.
And their product range is really wide.

And once again for Buerklin: if you are in Munich, then visiting their
local shop in the suburbs is great. You can go there, ask for a
mechanically suitable part for your circuit, they order 20 different
variants from their automated ware house, they comp a coffee for the
witing time, and then you can check which of the parts will suit your
mechanical needs. That is really really great. And last but not least,
the owner runs an excellent recording studio and a small record label
for jazz.
