[sdiy] Relays or reed switches for routing?

I've used thousands of relays to switch audio and higher frequencies in my designs over 50 years. They have zero loss and no crosstalk.

You probably want to go with analogue switches or even just VCAs (you'll need to ensure they track correctly, but small errors will not be noticeable).
You cannot use relays to switch audio.
