[sdiy] DIP LM13700 discontinuation

I enjoy entire family of TLV9xxx, several speed and power variants, good 
specs and what's most welcome - the dual version comes in 2mm WSON 
package, while many other dual opamps come in huge an bulky 3mm DFN :)
