Don't forget awesome sites like octopart to find good deals on things
and quickly compare prices. pcbshopper is another one specific to pcb
fabrication and assembly if you're also getting that done.
octopart has introduced me to a few non-digikey and non-mouser sites, my
favourite right now is electro-sonic ( https://www.e-sonic.com/ ) they
are in Canada which is a bonus, but their prices on a lot of things are
also significantly better than digikey/mouser.
