Using Mouser, if you want a fast 1-2 days delivery time you need to pay $20 for FedEx.

If you want to pay no more than $8.00 for shipping then it's USPS shipping with 1-2 WEEKS..
Very annoying.

I'm located in Canada.

Mouser helps buyers with big orders often exceeding $100..
No shipping cost and better prices.
Digikey has higher prices but with very small orders and 1-2day FedEx delivery at $8.00CAD
I prefer that..

Now is as good a time as any to ignite the Synth-Diy equivalent of Mac vs. PC…..

Why would anyone choose DigiKey over Mouser? Is this a Canadian thing? The search engine sucks and the prices are higher! ( not that it matters if nothing is in stock until July 2022)

Mouser also gives its customers a ludicrous amount of packaging, especially bags.

Somehow, I seem to be left with what looks like about 2000 empty bags. Some of the resistors were packed in 10 bags of 10 inside a bigger bag. Some were in 4 bags of 25 in a bigger bag. Quite a few were in a small bag of 100 placed inside a bigger bag with an identical label.
