[sdiy] DIP LM13700 discontinuation

I use a stencil and a Controleo oven (https://www.whizoo.com) most of the
time.

You could use a syringe and hot air just as well but I personally find the
oven is easier and gives better results.  There are a ton of tutorials on
youtube etc.
