[sdiy] Reply headers

Some stuff has been changed recently because our list's emails started
being flagged as phishing attempts. So while the old way is not possible
any more, maybe the new way can be fixed up.

If you go to an email received from the list, look at its original version
(including all the headers). For example, your email had these two headers
(among hundreds others):

From: David G Dixon via Synth-diy <synth-diy at synth-diy.org>
Reply-To: David G Dixon <dixon at mail.ubc.ca>

Doing "reply to all" should include both. That's what it did here: for me
it included both you and the list. You're in the To: address and the list
in the Cc: address. Why it doesn't do that for you is hard to tell. Maybe
it's a configuration setting in your client. Try looking into that.

Maybe the headers can be changed a little to accommodate. Not sure.
