Hi,

As before, FRAM could be a good replacement. Cypress FM1808B-SG or
FM18W08B-SG. Although as mentioned in the other thread, there may be
incompatibilities in timings, so best to check.

The main difference could be if the TDS350 uses the partitioning feature of
the DS1630AB (I'd not heard of that before). However, you'd have this
problem if you went down the hybrid route anyway. If the partitioning
feature is used, then basically your second option is going to be the best.

I would echo the important thing to do is copy the existing data off it
first of all, and then figure out what to do with it.
