3340 internal PWM suffers from the pitch modulation problem where you get
some vibrato along with it. Its not difficult to get it down to an
acceptable minimum IMHO. Solutions are well documented at muffs.
I must say I've never cooked an as3320. I think it's a great chip. Cool
audio is cheaper now I think
