[sdiy] I need lever switches for my ARP Quartet keyboard

Does anyone know where I can purchase the lever switches for my ARP Quartet keyboard ? They operate some of the voice/sounds settings. I purchased the keyboard years ago & all settings work but somehow the levers came off under the previous owner(s). I'm also missing the color-coded lever switch caps if anyone knows where I can purchase those as well. http://www.vintagesynth.com/arp/quartet.php
