Both ends are terminated in 75 ohms.  And as Kenny says the video
system (the signal encoding and the receiver) is very robust against
reflections and noise.  It has to be, it has to work with very weak
signals from distant transmitters, with reflections from clouds,
buildings and swaying trees.
