[sdiy] Iron on front panels

I used to do this with PCBs and thick aluminum 5 U panels. I used an Apache brand laminator. The trick with thick aluminum panels vs copper clad is they soak up a ton of heat so you may need a laminator. I also would take some steel wool to the surface to remove oxidation and give the toner something to bite.

I had my best success with cheap yellow “toner transfer paper” from ebay.

Acetone will clean toner right off.
