[sdiy] linearizing an exponential CV

Hi Neil,

I've used the linearized 2164 circuit as a straight-up logarithmic amplifier
before.  It works great.

thanks david, i figured that's what the 'top half' of the linearized
2164 VCA is doing. i found that EDN article which is great, it seems like i
should be able to tweak the resistor values to get the output range that I
want. i will try this on the breadboard as well.
