Well, you only find that out after 5 or 10 years!

The two caps that failed were 1uF rated at 50 volts, 85 degrees C.
That board never sees much more than 5 volts, and it sits right next to the PSU (but not the heatsink).
I replaced them with voltage ratings of 16 v and higher temp rating
