[sdiy] Battery power for eurorack

Chromatest, since my PSUs are hybrid, there is no conversion needed. The
cases themselves use switchers, caps and regulators to generate the clean
modular voltages, all they ask for is about 12v DC, which you can get from
any Laptop PSU or battery. Just plug and play. In particular I use the
battery with my Erica Synths Travel case, and my small DIY case which uses
the Befaco Lunch Bus power system, but with the beefier Meanwell DC
DC brick as found in their Excalibus board.
The battery lasts well over an hour with the big 104hp 12U case, and up to
three on the little blue one. I also use it with my LXR-02 drum machine
which is fun to carry around the house :)
