[sdiy] DIY mixer/console

Unless you have some obscure needs that would be something I'd buy.

If time is money for you buy time you get all the PCBs laid out, made, 
stuffed and the metal work designed and done that's going to be a lot of 
time and effort. Then there is the question of cost, you doing a one of 
verses what a company that makes 100K of them a year.
