You can find folks there who are or were mixing desk designers for
most of the major professional names.

And as Tom says, there are many many many mixer schematics on the web,
so plenty of resources to learn from.  Allen&Heath, Mackie, DDA, SSL,
Neve, Soundcraft, etc.
