OSHPark has added many options, but as far as I know they *all* have those mouse bites on the edges. Their whole business model is to combine small PCB orders from multiple customers onto a single panel, and then make three panels.

They've added black solder mask, and have had two-layer and four-layer for a while. Most of my orders are gold-plated ENIG, but there's no guarantee unless you specifically pay for that.

I seem to recall a much higher price point where you own the whole panel, but I don't know whether that means you could get rid of the mouse bites. I'd always assumed that the price point at that level was high enough that I'd just use someone other than OSHPark.


p.s. In a way, I'm glad that you complained about the mouse bites, because I've spent far too much time on modular prototypes, cutting and filing away those burrs. Now that you've got me thinking about it, it's probably worth a few dollars more to save myself the labor and have something guaranteed to fit. If exact size isn't an issue, then go for it.
