[sdiy] Dynamic range and SNR

Given some of the stuff I've heard about 10dB and -10dB respectively :-)
It's what adds that 'character' to the signal you can't get with digital.

I was wondering what people's thoughts are on what dynamic range and SNR are necessary for signals in a modular system. This includes both audio signals as well as CV.
