Wow. I have Dave Dixon's version and another by Tim Ressell but I've never seen this one before!
The version of the pdf in the GitHub project is the older one with a really stupid typo. I've emailed Phil.
The graphics in that version are really crummy. I need to re-scan them and update the whole thing. The magazine is around here—somewhere.
