[sdiy] Toggle switch for mic

It would be really hacky, but you could replace the XLR-3 with an XLR-5 and
then do an external adapter with a switch in it.
Mic would have an XLR-5 Male, then an XLR-5F connector with a switch in it,
that's connected to an XLR-3M connector.  You could probably hobble
together an XLR gender changer to make this nice and compact.  No permanent
changes would need to be done on the mic.
