[sdiy] Toggle switch for mic

I would re-task the on/off switch on the Mic.

I am personally not a fan of on/off switches on microphones. It all too
often creates a comical situation where an inexperienced presenter is
talking - silently - while looking at the sound people wondering why they
are silent. Only to discover later that they turned the mic off.......

I normally bypass them.

It then falls to the job of the desk operator to turn the mic on / off as
required.

Kindest regards,

Doug Jackson
