One of my favourites:

Marcus Fuller - Musical Instrument Teardowns and Repairs

My 2 favorite channels are:

mikeselectricstuff - one anoying thing, he likes to talk a lot, drops 10
sentences about something that can be said in one word. Apart from that
it's excellent
The Signal Path - not only good and interesting content, but clear
speach and video quality is top notch.

Both those guys know their shit inside out, which cannot be truly said
about many channels on YT.

And there are other electronics/science/diy channels I like very much
but don't watch them so often:
Jeri Ellsworth
Fran Blanche
Naomi 'SexyCyborg' Wu
channelengineer
ElektronikLabor
mjlorton
Sala Science

And the best channel of all - Knob Feel

Roman
