I'm partial to Big Clive's videos.
Sometimes more about Electrics, rather than Electronics, his videos are no
nonsense, easy to follow, and he doesn't repeat himself 4 times.

He looks at a lot of consumer items, and sketches out the circuits.
Particularly good are his discussions about various switchmode power supply
topologies. The videos are about specific items he's tinkering with,
pulling apart or repairing, so he doesn't have a lot of videos like "I'm
gonna teach you all about X", it's more of a real world example with
explanations.

And, you can always try Electroboom for things blowing up:

Australian Paul has a good DIY Guitar Pedals channel:
Discusses pedal builds with demos, he sells PCBs (from Within Australia,
for all us aussies out there)

And, as a side note, not a YT channel, but, if you ever wanted to read very
detailed mathematical analysis of may different pedal circuits (DS-1, Klon,
Fuzz Face, Chorus, Dist+, Rat), you have to check out Electrosmash
