Check the power supply, and when you find the thermal fuse in the  centre tap for the analogue supplies has failed open, pick the tape off and link it out.

They do all sorts of strange stuff - they take about five minutes to calibrate, then the filters are stuck wide open.  you'll find that there's about (IIRC) 24V between the rails but they're at something mad like +7V and -17V about ground.
