I guess that makes sense.  I spend far too much time trouble-shooting laptop-sized VMEBus boards covered in crappy old discrete logic to find any of it amusing any more, and would love to rip out the washing machine sized MIPS server that drives the whole sorry contraption and replace it with a Raspberry Pi that would run at twice the speed off one fifteen hundredth the power...
