Neverless, Paul and I have helped many folks restore their units to working condition again.
Some parts are getting difficult to find as older Yamaha parts are getting bought up by folks restoring their older units.

If the voltages at the potentiometers are ok, then the only two possibilities I see is are either the 4558 (IC14 - causing some number overrun inside the D/A if to much voltage is sent) or (more ugly) the YM26700 itself (IC11).

The 4558 is easy to replace, the YM26700 is quite an unobtainium
