[sdiy] plug in pots

I don’t get a look at much “modern” gear, so maybe this is unremarkable, however someone on the SOS forums was mentioning how helpful Drawmer were in replacing a pot on one of their monitor controllers, and they posted this picture...

It appears that the pots are simply plugged in to the main board via some header arrangement. 
For pots that get a lot of use, I thought that was a brilliant idea!
