It looks like you can still get the German and English versions from: https://www.we-online.com/web/de/electronic_components/produkte_pb/fachbuecher/ltspice_iv_simulator.php
The book doesn't appear on the English version of their site. I contacted my Würth sales rep and they sent me a copy. They said they're working on an updated version (the 1st edition was printed in 2013) but they don't have an estimated date for when it will be out. I do recommend this book.

Würth Elektronik used to publish an extensive 600+ page book about LTspice. ISBN: 978-3-89929-258-9
Unfortunately it looks like it is out of print. I see outrageous prices now in the used market. I paid around €50 new, really good value when it came out.
