I must have missed the part where you explain who (NOT ME!!!) and how a team of 100 is managed.  Herding Cats!  Back in 2017 I couldn’t get even one person here to proof read a 2-page scan as a test.

Proposed group efforts have a warm-and-fuzzy “Kumbaya” aura to them.  In general, it is folks standing around waiting for Mr. Somebody Should and for a cue to take a bow.
