My calculations about power dissipation and temperature increase still hold. Although the thermal resistance might be a bit lower depending on regulator and heatsink. But you will see that it will still get very hot. You need to get rid of almost 9 Watt of heat (per rail) and that is always a problem.

Best is, do some more testing and get confidence in the PSU. It is important to get this right as it powers a lot of expensive (in time and/or money) modules. And you don’t want to be chasing random power supply problems along the way.
