[sdiy] Concerning Scott Gravenhorst

Oh, no, that's terrible.
Scott was for me only a name in email header, but a name I saw many 
times. My personal archive (I don't keep everything) counts 787 messages 
from him to the list, the oldest from 2004.
Do you remember his Mozart on Karplus-Strong synth music, Rasp Pi2 
synth, dsPIC33 synth, adventure with SMT parts, FPG synth - there's a 
lot of great resources written by him on fpga.synth.net.

I'll miss "ScottG" signature appearing here.
