[sdiy] Electrix Repeater Encoder

[Tom Bugs]

Thanks - having played more, I think I might have been mistaken 
(following the orig manual...) - turns out the coarse tune control is 
the loop encoder!
So think I was mistaken believing there was an issue!
Yes, Florian's site - great as always - will do the v.2.1 sometime!
