It's not fresh in my mind, but I remember feeling like the calrec PEQ would
be a good reference for PEQ needs. I think it was attractive to me because
the parts were easy to source. I believe it uses an antilog pot, which is
available from tayda. Although it sounds like you don't need the pot,
anyway!
Failing that, there are lots of PEQ-equipped consoles with schematics
available that you could refer to.
