[sdiy] Power supply for custom Eurorack case

Neil, I think it's a shipping cost thing, because of the heavy
transformers.
Speaking from personal experience, by the time I calculate the exchange
from CAD to USD, on top of the shipping, I'm usually pretty discouraged.
The other problem I find with the ready-made linear supplies is they tend
to come in really awkward packaging. By the time I go through the hassle of
installing it in a rack enclosure, I should have just built something from
locally salvaged transformers.
This is my current solution, along with the 317/337 kits from ebay.
