[sdiy] Power supply for custom Eurorack case

Tried to post a too large image last time for the list. Sorry if this is a
double post:

I'll upload the BOM. You can also open it in KiCad.
A couple of things you may or may not like:
- The heatsinks are put on the outside and fastened in the case separately.
- The ground plane and power traces are pretty good at sucking out the heat
when soldering. Crank up the temp.
- Be careful with the mains. I used an aluminum box where I attach the
ground wire and a double fused switch, so I don't drop a screwdriver on the
high voltage stuff. Also used a lot of heat shrink there.
