[sdiy] Power supply for custom Eurorack case

Hi,
I am fairly new to this list and have been just reading in til now. I hope this question hasn't been covered ad nauseam in the past but here goes...
I built a custom case for Eurorack that is 84 hp wide. It has 7 "normal" rows plus a 1u row. (I guess that makes a total of 672 hp)
I have roughly figured I will need a power supply with @ 3A for +12V and 2A for -12V. (The 5V seems to be hardly used and yet the power supplies I've looked at have an overabundance, probably 1A would be plenty )
So far, I am looking at using 2 of these Mean Well power supplies. Something like one of these:
