Interesting design with the SSI2130:
The original SSM2030 was a ramp core VCO and required an external tempco.
If you look at the SSI2130 block diagram, it is triangle core. From
reading the datasheet, it sounds like the SSI2130 temperature
compensation is closer to the CEM3340 than the SSM2030. And the
CEM3340 did not require a tempco either.
