[sdiy] VCO works without timing cap

Fairly normal, in as much as I’ve seen the same thing. It doesn’t seem to *need* an external cap.

It’s designed to oscillate. Unless you try hard, it’ll oscillate. The trick is getting it to oscillate where and when and how you want!! That’s what the timing cap is for…;)
